Casino Kasingo (born M'bilia Casimir) is a Congolese singer, songwriter, and bandleader who released music in France and the Caribbean during the late 1970s and 1980s. Known for combining Congolese rumba and soukous with Afro-disco, funk, and Antillean cadence, his recordings featured notable backing musicians, including guitarist Jerry Malekani of Ry-Co Jazz and keyboardist Jean-Claude Naimro of Kassav'. His notable releases include a 1977 self-titled album and the double LP Double Casino Kasingo, featuring tracks like "Eboma" and "La Danse C'est La Vie."
